North American Tint is a residential and commercial window tinting company headquartered in St. Augustine, Florida. We are authorized installers of 3M and Solar Gard window film products, serving homeowners and businesses throughout Northeast Florida.

2. Service Area

Our services are available throughout Northeast Florida, including St. Augustine, Jacksonville, Palm Coast, Fernandina Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Augustine Beach, Orange Park, Amelia Island, Palatka, Green Cove Springs, Macclenny, and surrounding communities. Services outside this region may be available on a case-by-case basis — contact us to discuss your location.

3. Services Offered

North American Tint provides residential and commercial window film installation services, including but not limited to:

  • Residential window tinting and solar film installation
  • Commercial window film for offices and storefronts
  • Safety and security window film
  • UV-blocking and heat-rejection window film
  • Privacy window film
  • Bird-safe window film (Solar Gard WingSafe)
  • Decorative and specialty window film

We do not offer automotive window tinting services.

4. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided based on the information supplied at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was described (e.g., window count, accessibility, glass condition). We will communicate any changes before work begins. Estimates are complimentary and carry no obligation.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a scheduling deposit requirement for future bookings.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as early as possible and work with you to find the next available time.

6. Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide our installation team with safe and reasonable access to the windows being serviced on the scheduled date. Please ensure the area around each window is clear of furniture, blinds, and other obstructions prior to our arrival. We are not responsible for delays caused by insufficient access or unprepared workspaces.

Our team will treat your property with care. Any pre-existing damage to windows, frames, or surrounding surfaces will be noted before work begins. North American Tint is not liable for damage that was present prior to service.

7. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger commercial projects, payment terms may be arranged prior to the start of work. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee.

8. Warranty

Window film products installed by North American Tint are backed by the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by product line (3M and Solar Gard warranties apply). Our installation workmanship is guaranteed — if a film installed by our team fails due to installation error within the warranty period, we will correct it at no charge.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by improper cleaning, physical impact, modifications made by others, or normal wear and tear. Specific warranty terms will be provided at the time of installation.

9. Limitation of Liability

North American Tint's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

10. Use of Website

The content on northamericantint.com — including text, images, and product descriptions — is provided for informational purposes only. While we work to keep information accurate, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or timeliness of any content. We reserve the right to update or modify the website and these terms at any time.

You may not use this website to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or spam content. Unauthorized use of our brand, content, or imagery without written permission is prohibited.

11. Privacy
